When Rodney graduated from university he didn’t have a career in mind and was simply looking for something worthwhile. He joined City Year London in its infancy and a decade later, is a City Year UK trustee and chair of our alumni committee. In 2018, Rodney was named in Empower’s list of 50 Ethnic Minority Future Leaders.Read Rodney's story

A new generation of social leaders
It is striking how many of our alumni carry their commitment to social change with them. A snapshot survey found that nearly three quarters have volunteered or participated in a community service project after City Year, while 33% work in education and 22% in the charity sector.Find out more from our alumni here
