It takes a lot of people from all walks of life to make a ‘City Year’. Our young people give a year to help pupils, teachers welcome them into their schools, City Year UK staff and trustees support our volunteers and our funders invest their money, time and expertise. It’s only together, as a community, that we can make an impact.
“The red jacket represents a sense of community: we’re all in it together, we’re all working towards the same change. When you put it on, you know you’re a part of something. You know you’re doing something worthwhile.”
