We have a role to play in any primary or secondary school that draws a large proportion of its pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds and could benefit from an integrated team of dynamic young people. Although our volunteers serve for one year, we aim to build partnerships that span many years so pupils can ‘grow up’ with City Year.
